Service Estimates
Every job begins with an on-site diagnosis and a written quote before any work starts. No work will proceed without your approval of that quote.
Warranty
All repairs and installations are backed by a written parts-and-labor warranty. Warranty terms are provided in writing at the time of service.
Scheduling and Appointments
We provide a real arrival window for every appointment. If circumstances require rescheduling, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged in writing at the time of the quote.
Liability
Our technicians carry appropriate licensing and insurance for garage door service work. Any damage caused by our work during the service visit will be addressed under our warranty terms.
